Hey all,
On my previous LSAT I did pretty well but not exactly what I wanted. Nonetheless, I have been accepted to UT Austin at sticker price and wait listed at Vanderbilt. on top of that, I received really big sums of money to go to Pepperdine and SMU. In the long run, is the sticker price at UT worth it? I have noticed that schools like SMU have private starting salaries that are still very impressive. I am also predominately interested in sports and entertainment law, which makes Pepperdine an interesting choice for almost free tuition. Would love to hear some advice!
Hi all,
I just received an email that I was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa - a pretty prestigious honor's society from what I have read about. I would like law schools to know this but I have submitted all my apps already, how do I go about this?
I am embarrassed to say I found a present/past tense error when I was uploading a document to a law school app. I had already submitted that doc on another application. Is this really bad? I am over the 75th percentile for GPA and just under the 50th for LSAT by one point. I am really nervous because this was my dream school. Anything helps. I feel so stupid
Hey everyone, for my last week before the LSAT I just want to tune up on games to ensure a -0. Would like 4-5 prep tests with solid and challenging game sets that I could do before the actual on saturday. Any suggestions?
will the LR video explanations be uploaded before the November test?
Hi everyone. I was underprepared when I took my first LSAT and scored far below what i am capable of. On my second one I improved by over 12 points into the high 160s. Since most t14 law schools take averages, am I just screwed, or will they consider an addendum? Any feedback is important
Hi all,
I took the Sept LSAT and came up slightly short of what I would have liked to score. Due to some complications I was unable to take the Nov one, and had to sign up for the January LSAT. Is it possible for me to apply to my fall back schools right now as I would likely get in with the Sept LSAT and then wait to apply to the better schools after I retake in January (assuming my score improves), or would I be locked in at my fall back schools. Thanks for the help
What does a -10 curve look like? How many can you miss for a 160?
Very upset with time management. Felt as if RC was easy but had to guess on last 4 as well as last 4 of Games. Just want a 160
Hello everyone,
I am taking the LSAT this Saturday and my PT's have ranged from 158-164. What should my days leading up to the test consist of? Usually -5-7 LR sections -8 RC and -4 or less on games
Hi,
I am taking the September LSAT and have taken about 8 practice tests thus far and have been between 157 and 160 on all of them, however my BR is much much higher, as High as 169. This is especially true on LR, where I am normally -5-8 and BR -1-3. I have about 40 days left and would love to score around 162-165. Is this possible and what is my best course of action.
Hi everyone,
I am done with core cirriculum and have taken 4 practice tests now (35-39) and have somehow managed a 158 on all 4 despite blind review on each. I have ample time to study, could I reasonably expect to get up to the mid to high 160s?
@ctsoucalas903 Yes, i'm OOS everywhere I applied. 3.84 GPA with a 165 LSAT.
