@.cox Why would you recommend not taking the October exam? Most law schools take the top score, including Georgetown, Cornell, and Northwestern. If I end up with a 170+ I'll just not retake.
@.cox I'm in a very similar boat as you. Took a Testmaster's course, thought it was a waste of money and found 7sage. Been prepping since May. My score has been between 167-172 always fluctuating thus I'm not very confident going into the exam this weekend. Signed up to take the December exam and by that time I would have finished all the remaining 20 PT I haven't gone thru yet. I decided I need to apply this cycle so might as well use up all the opportunity I have.
Sitting for the October exam this weekend but will be retaking in December. Looking for a few people to study and blind review together in person or via Skype. A little about where I'm at, drilled all LR and LG from1-38. Took PT 39-45 and 55-60 averaging around 167-172.
Just wanted to thank you guys for the advice. Took a week off and and restarted my prepping a few days ago and my score is now in the lower 170s. Burnout is real. I've decided to sit for the October and continue studying for the December exam.
Can someone name a few games that require a lot of brute force. These seems to be the one that trip me up the most during LG sections and I want to drill them before the Dec. exam.
Can we get an update on the iOS app for iPhone plus screen support? That would be great
Hey guys I would like you all to give me some insight into my situation. I've been taking full length pretests #39-45 beginning this month and my scored ranged from 165-172, 172 being the last of the set. Then this week I decided to switch over to the newer PT, 55-58 specifically and all of a sudden by score dropped to low 160's with me running out of time on almost every section. Any possible explanations for this? I feel like logical reasoning is kicking my butt on these newer exams. Planning to complete PT's 59-73 before the October exam. I hope I'm not burning out, been doing PT either everyday or every other day.

@ I'm going to start prepping again Monday. Going to be looking to do 3 LG sections 4 days a week, mainly focusing on the older PT 1-39, and a full PT on Saturdays 9am. It looks like a lot of the new LG sections are diverging from the standard style of LG games from PT 50-68. They tend to have a "twist" on them and reminds me a lot of the older hybrid games. I guess its LSAT's way of staying innovative.
So I sat the Dec. exam today going in very confident. I've been PTing in the 168-172 range for the past 5 PTs. First 3 section went by amazing, felt like those times I scored 170+. Then the LG came and I just panicked on G3. Sunk too much time so I skipped to G4 but the damage was done, my mental state was gone. Ended up guessing on 8 questions total in the LG games. I'm guessing I'll end up in the 160-163 range. Terrible. Was going to submit my applications by the end of the year but looks like I'm going to have to wait till Feb.
Any tips, to prevent future incidents like this? I'm just going to go and drill the hell out LG for the next 9 weeks.
Sorry, I'm a Bernie supporter :P
