not your fault, that is literally the meaning of the word. ridiculous question. if it said they were eradicated in england, then yeah maybe the diseases could return from elsewhere. but it just says ERADICATED period, as in destroyed permanently. meaning D weakens the argument instead of supporting it, because they were never completely eradicated in the first place
