This still would not be good enough by saying "at least." It must be at the expense of another, "at least" leaves the door open for them to both be right...it's too weak.

I believe they only care about the picture and the validity of the ID itself. With people moving around etc. it'd be hard to get uniformity.

My thoughts on D were that it was wrong because it appears to strengthen the argument. I thought that when the answer referred to people who experience headaches it was referencing to those caused by VDT. If those individuals overestimated, it would appear that less time with the screen could cause headaches frequently too.
