I got this right on BR when i had some extra time to really sort out the pattern of reasoning. i.e Should have this thing, if not bad thing, example of bad thing. My struggle with (B) does being less physically fit mean that you can incur health risks? Im not sure, I know you solve for the answer most similar but on first take this was hard to digest.

@HimajaReddy My problem with A is that it did not mention any landowner. I thought it was going to be a trap answer. For all we know it could be city owed and the rules dont apply to them. we just dont know.

whoops picked A and when i read animals as symbols. i quickly connected the mentioning of the "trickster" with the fox that represents the trickster from another RC passage about spanish oral traditions lool.

Im still not sure how the argument does not take (B) for granted. the question asks us "The argument is most vulnerable to the criticism that it takes for granted that". How is it not taking for granted, that the majority of people followed this new speed limit? you could've lowered the speed limit and no one follows it and continues going the usual speed. if thats the case you are then taking for granted the reduced speed = less fatalities. Everyone could still be going the same speed but fatalities went down for some other reason. At the same time (E) also gives us that alternate explanation where it may have nothing to do with speed. Im not trying to prove (B) is better than (E) im just unsure HOW I can confidently eliminate answer choices like (B) on other question.

@LowriThomas My issue with this is that I considered if there had only been two complaints against Moore with no other plumbers in town that it still doesn't mean he's not a shit plumber. I also agree the presmies don't support the conclusion that complaints = Poor Plumber who cant do the job. I really dont' see how (B) makes the argument questionable...

This question stumped me in a way different from others. I never considered A to be a good choice, and I actually predicted C. However, I read C "Animals of many predatory species do not perceive color or pattern in the same manner as humans do" interpreting this as the animals that are being preyed upon and not the predators. So, I ultimately believed this didn't matter. I eliminated all 5 answer choices, and it wasn't until reading AC (C) many times in blind review that I finally "read it" correctly...
