Can someone please help me understand how JY translates the final premise using the group 4 indicator "no" and the group 3 indicator "unless"?

I keep seeing conflicting information about how to translate this effectively. Wouldn't the (Group 3) "unless" negate the clause directly after and turn it into the sufficient condition?

Consequently, wouldn't the "no" (Group 4) indicator negate the necessary condition, the final product of this final premise being /explictly request cancellation> subscription will be cancelled?

Why is it that the moment I read the answer choices I get an inclination to select the right answer, but after trying to reason the answer choice out using JYs methods I second guess myself and choose the wrong choices over and over?

Why do these feel easier than the previous sections strengthen questions?

2/5 and then 5/5 on BR. All of my wrong answers were the result of second guessing myself unfortunately.

I spent 10 minutes on this trying to draw out a convoluted conditional statement and still got this wrong. This literally feels hopeless.
