@christori9799 the way I reasoned with it during BR (i got it wrong originally lol) was that the purpose of a well-designed education according to the author is not for the end all purpose of medical students' benefit, it is for patients and doctors to be more empathetic in general. i'm not sure if this is the right explanation lol but it helped me, so i hope it might help you :)

I am still not sure why E is incorrect, because how can we assume that less stress = less people in hospital in city X. Like reasonably I can make that jump in my brain, but how can we make that jump within this question...

@Loren i totally could be wrong but i think that because passage B doesn't comment on it, and not negatively either, then AC B isn't correct. but i see what you're saying! i hope that made sense!
