:( Mine broke too, I got this from amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T6Y5TOS/ref=s9_simh_gw_p241_d0_i4?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-1&pf_rd_r=19X08EV37N886XMYR3JF&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2079475242&pf_rd_i=desktop

It works well, but didn't sit too well on table so i cut the wrist rubber and it lays flat on table now .

I am constantly getting these necessary assumption JY videos practice wrong. So I try to answer the questions before watching his video and keep missing. I know necessary assumption is something that the argument depends on. And that there is basically 2 types ....1.) Shield 2.) Blocker (defends or protects argument)

http://classic.7sage.com/lesson/protein-drinks-na-question/?ss_completed_lesson=1795

I had the hardest time with the above question (protein drinks). The answer is C, but is it because it basically says engineered food do no good so there is no good reason to take it. Is it right because it is just repeating that Athletes shouldn't consume what is no good for muscle ?

How do you approach these nasty annoying necessary assumption questions? What do you look for ?

Good thread! I was just wondering the same . Thank god to Sage at least now I know there is a difference between sufficient and necessary assumption questions (didn't learn that in my over 1,000$ crappy test prep course).

Logic Game Questions

So I do not want to constantly open new discussion threads for logic games, I think it is best to make this just one and if anyone else has their own questions just keep posting here and we can all try to answer each others questions. (Just a suggestion :-) )

Preptest 7, Feb 1993 LSAT Logic Games kicked my butt today ! In particular Logic Game 3, (7 Judges, In & Out Game)

http://classic.7sage.com/lsat_explanations/lsat-7-section-2-game-3/

After reviewing I realized how splitting the game board makes the game so much more easier. But here is where I am still kinda stuck.

Rule 1.) If the two conservatives and at least one liberal voted the same way as each other, then both moderates voted that way.

I initially diagramed this as

If CCL -->MM

IF not MM-> not CCL

But when I saw the video of JY explaining the rules he labeled the contrapositive as

If not CCL -> not MM (little confused why he did it that way, is that not against the arrow?)

Thank you all for your comments! I been doing more practice sections, I realized just underlining and circling few words works for me better than taking notes on side. When I would take notes I would end up writing paragraphs and slow down completely.

@ Yea, I may need to get something. My ADHD gets out of hand when I stress out most.

@ what do you recommended should longest studying sitting be? I pull 4 hours or 5 max but that usually bc I take my sweet time reviewing answers, why I got what wrong.

@ I like the reward yourself idea! I have ADHD too, its bad. I can't wear nail polish anymore bc it would distract me, I can't wear a shiny watch either haha. The clicking sound from other students key boards at the library distract me so I have to wear ear plugs . My biggest worry is being distracted during the test, so I try to do timed practice sections rather than whole exam just to keep on my toes. But lately I slacked with my timed sections, I just go back and review the basic foundations (almost done with the sage review ) . I do wish I made a review sheet of all the things I learned it would have been easier.

Quick question what are we using the group for? Do we now ask questions there too? or it just for fun? :-)

@ Yea that 180 watch is way out of my budget. I just need something simple, not shiny (it triggers my ADHD haha ) .

@.on.me good idea, music to get pumped up!

I realized for me studying from home I get nothing done!, I am too comfortable and get lazy. When I go to to campus library I get more done, I see other students focused..sorta motivates me
