Dealing with another "LSAT Headache"
Any tips to reduce/lessen/avoid them?
FYI - I space out PTs so they are at least 2 days apart.

it's permanently disabled for Chrome due to my post-sunset Netflix habits ...
Hahahahahaha your welcome! It's a life saver :)
Thank you! I have been looking for that program everywhere.
If you're staring at your computer screen, try using: https://justgetflux.com/ It will adjust the light of your computer screen to adapt to the time of day so you're not always on the brightest setting.
After hour #4 of LSAT I've developed a much dreaded headache. I found this article online which others might find a bit helpful: http://time.com/23952/21-natural-ways-to-prevent-and-treat-headaches/
I would suggest that you try to take breaks every 10-15 mins after an hour prep. Also, make sure that the food you are consuming is healthy as well. maybe try to work-out? A lot of people recommend meditating too.
Totally follow @megunmcdaniel762 's advice... and yep headaches are a giveaway for optical problems especially if as you say in your other post you are having eye strain... I'd visit an ophthalmologist or optometrist... nothing may come of it... but if something does, you'll be better placed on test day... and more importantly, better placed health wise.
I think remembering to take a 5 to 10 min break every 60-90 minutes is a good idea.
I definitely suffer from these. Try to limit your caffeine intake, stay as rested as possible and drink plenty plenty plenty of water. Also your headaches might be caused by the continuous strain on your eyes, so seeing an optical specialist might help.
I just rub vicks on my head lol
