Is this statement true and is that what makes C the wrong answer?

Are all causal relationships necessarily correlative as well? Are there any cases in which a causal relationship does not require correlation?

Could we validly conclude "Charles must have been considered by whomever charged him to have had a high probability of knowing that he was carrying drugs"? Or does that fall out side of the scope of this question.

This one got me twice!! I'm big mad but i think i get it now. I ruled out E because i messed up thinking that good and bad were opposites which led me to a cyclical idea that no good without bad, but if bad then not good so no bad blah blah whatever. But the stem just says that they cant have a good reputation, not that they must have a bad reputation
