what confused me was that I did not assumed the "uncomfortable" as being not comfortable (/conf), because I didn't treat them as opposites and as he said before, the negation is not the same as the opposite, so I just went for uncomf->/wd and after that nothing made sense.

But in the analysis he is using the opposite.
