Does the order really matter since it's the same logic? I had it that way since No is before holiday and made that the necessary condition. Am i missing something?

I had:
August —> /Holiday
Holiday —> /August
Does the order really matter since it's the same logic? I had it that way since No is before holiday and made that the necessary condition. Am i missing something?
