Sample of Writing Sample

I was wondering of any of you would be able to recommend a good source for writing samples. I would like to see actual examples of this assignment. I an foreign educated and never took SAT, I have a very vague idea of how this sample should look like.

I will greatly appreciate if any of you can recommend a good resource.

March 2019 or Later

Hello Everyone,

I am registered to take LSAT next Saturday. I am currently scoring between 155 and 159. I completed about 50% of tests and noticed that my score started significantly improving in the last few weeks. I definitely want to take June or even July LSAT. I am planning to start submitting law school applications starting August 2019 (2020 admission). Is there a chance any law school may not accept LSAT score from June or July?

Also, what is more common for law schools to do: take higher, later or average score when applicant took two tests?

JY in this video states that the type of flaw is a false dichotomy. He is correct. I wonder what literature he is using that provides such a diverse classification of flaws. False dichotomy is not mentioned in my PowerSchore and Khan Academy classes #help.

Did you have your transcripts submitted by Your foreign school or by some educational evaluation service?

Necessary assumption.

Bridge Type of Question.

Before reading the answer choices: I need to find a bridge that connects "understanding the purpose of the restrictions" and "policies that citizens do not create" .

This passage is about Russia, where "government officials are neither selected by free elections" and are not "open to criticism". In Russia the lives of citizens are controlled by policies they had no role in creating. Some people say that Russia is prone to civil disorder.

Why? Why can't Putin prevent or predict this civil disorder?

Because (D) when "People understand the purpose of restrictions" they must have participated in their formulation". It's the opposite of this in Russia.

C) I chose C, but after carefully reviewing this choice I see what the problem is. I almost want to say that this AC does not pass the "fact test". It states: "takes for granted that certain effects can be produced independently". It definitely doesn't take this for granted.

Khan Academy. What do you do about it?

Hey Colleges,

I've been preparing for few month already and many times I ask myself a question: should I even care about Khan academy LSAT Prep Course developed in cooperation with LSAC ? First, it seemed like it's an official tool developed by LSAC, but as I reed into it, it seems like it's a waste of time.

Does anyone here thinks that it's useful?

How do we know that "not enough" is an indicator of of necessary condition (worthy of public trust)? I can not understand the conditional relationship between "varied experience" and "worthy of public trust". Can someone explain this? #help

If C if the right answer, then "many" can have the same meaning as "some". Right?

I would say that the threat is not the AI but the automation and computerization of legal profession. I work in the law office for more then two years and started noticing that many clients make patent filings themselves due to various software that enables you to do it without the help of an attorney. Many states, e.g. California have a very convenient systems of e-filing court documents with tons of templates for various motions. I filed my first civil claim without even going to law school recently. Corporate filings with states are done by clients and not attorneys anymore because they are so easy to do online now. I would say there is definitely a lot of clerical/secretary work being chipped off from legal practice, but it gets hard to predict what will happen to attorneys work. This whole thing actually worries me a lot. The best that can happen is decrease in the cost of legal services and volume of work the worst - replacement of legal profession by AI.

I made a mistake on the test and during blind review. This is why D seems correct to me: we are provided with a clue when the author says "internal coherence". If the music is as sophisticated as European music it must be independent of it's function and for something to be independent of it's function it should also be "internally coherent" (intelligible). D states that there is some sort of music that is unintelligible and sophisticated at the same time, however, we were told that it cannot be true. For this reason D is definitely incompatible.

It seems like A, B and C weaken the argument in some way. But in case B and C is correct, doctors may still be able to distinguish between effective and ineffective drugs. However, if A is correct, that's really bad, and doctors should not be allowed to prescribe such medication.

Change of Test Date After Grant of Accomodation

Hello Everyone,

This morning I received a grant of accommodation for upcoming Jan session. Last minute I am planning to change the test date to March. Do you know if my accommodation is going to follow the new test date? Or, will I need to reapply? Is there something else I need to know before initiating change of date in order to not loose additional time I received?

Thank you,

Andrii

C is incorrect because it permits buying objects "already in existance at the time the species became indengered". Salvatore definitely doesn't agree with this. We may think that Roxane agrees with this, but we have no clue when elephants became extinct.

Confirm action

Are you sure?
