I understand and appreciate that you guys explain every single question from such a large group of LSATs. However, I think it would help us a lot to explain why the other answers aren't correct. "Blah, Blah, Blah" doesn't help me understand WHY I got it wrong whatsoever. #feedback

Could be wrong but for me it was "the only obstacle." So I reasonably assumed that if they HAVE TO ("forced to") sell, then it's going to him by default. The only difference is that my assumption came from the stimulus and not my own logic, cuz then i'd agree with you 100%. Hope this helped!

Nah don't let it concern you! Everybody learns differently, there's not one "right" way to go about it. I have my own way that's been working really well for me.

It makes perfect sense and actually helped me fundamentally understand this. I'm used to writing essays, not differentiating premise from conclusion!
