@rpace012616 exactly, also passage explicitly states that if CFCs stopped putting Chlorine in air (ceased to put in air from regulation) --> then the effects would still last decades... how would that indirectly lower skin cancer? completely wrong!

misread preceding and was defending the part after the paranthetical lol -- but yes if "could not have an an impact on biological evolution because it's too recent" we'd want to look for something evolutionary and something in a short time to support it -- so B fits perfectly

@johnzawarski486

A. Wrong. The report asked those surveyed "if they were high school graduates" NOT "if they dropped out in high school." The former is taking into account anyone who dropped out in grade school as a whole, so the stimulus did not commit the flaw in A, it actually did the opposite, making this the wrong AC.

^ very helpful thank you!

B

--> in regions with high wages, jobs are getting slashed --> remaining jobs (few) are still slightly increasing

ex) 100 jobs in high paying region, paid $15/hr

--> only 10 left after slashing

--> 10 jobs at $16/hr

--> moved slashed jobs to lower paying regions --> more jobs --> average hourly increased slightly --> but now average for country has adjusted to that lower hourly average national amount

ex) 10 jobs before slashing in low-paying region, paying $8/hr

--> 100 jobs after at $9/hr

Pressure of national average moving from high paying high cost region to low paying low cost region
