I had 2 LG sections and the only question that gave me trouble was about 3 projects that would take 1, 2 or 3 weeks to complete and students were assigned to the projects. Anyone know if this game was real or experimental?

It's real and gave me trouble as well. I'm sooo mad at myself because looking back on it, it wasn't hard at all. I expected there to be hard games and screwed myself over with that mindset. Been sad for days now....:'(

Thanks everyone! I'm in Canada and don't think they even have an Addendum option.

Yeah @mlstuard94276 I found LR and RC easier than usual and I'm overthinking it now as well. Usually when I think sections are easy I underperform like @eepoon831. Overall I think curiosity will get the best of me so I'm not

going to cancel my score.

Just want to cry..

Seriously. This was my 3rd take and I really messed up on LG. I was rushing through it and was making things overly difficult. I usually will get -1 or -2 on LG and I honestly feel like I got -10 or something. I'm thinking of cancelling but I just am secretly hoping I somehow pull through and get 160+. I've already submitted my application but haven't heard anything back yet. My GPA sucks so I was really banking on the LSAT. I feel like no matter how much I practice, I get there on test day and do something stupid.

Also, I took my first LSAT in February 2016, so if I did need a retake, does this mean Feb 2018 is my closest date?

If you cancel within the 6 days, does it still count as a take?

@caradouglas213 I'm not in school yet, but I know quite a few people who are and have thoroughly done my research. I feel like Osgoode aims (emphasis on aims) to have a more holistic approach. If you have work/volunteer experience, plus a solid GPA, you will definitely have a shot there. What range is your LSAT if you don't mind me asking (you can DM me) :) .

@zahravaid548.vaid Any advice from someone whose applied in Ontario

Most people on this site want to get into a T-14 school. Canada only has 14 schools in total! Haha you do not need a 170 or high 160's to get into a decent school in Ontario. Which schools are you most interested in?

How to study when used all PTs

Hi everyone,

I am wondering whether taking the LSAT a third time is going to be helpful. I took the September LSAT and I am 3-4 points away from my ideal score. The thing is, I used up almost all of the preptests (or if not all, definitely all the new ones). I am set on applying for this cycle and can only write in December.

How would I go about studying/practicing for December in the little time left and without any really fresh PT's?

Everyone is so anxious to open this email. I cringe at the thought of it... Might ask the rando person beside me in the library to open and read the number to me. THIS IS TOO PAINFUL

@7sagestudentservices Noooo! You're not supposed to score anything on your last week before the LSAT :(

Personally not scoring anything on the last week gave me major anxiety. I don't think this advice truly benefits everyone haha

Also how the hell do people remember so much about the test? Am I the only one who feels like it was a blur? Wah :(

@olineali684 Also is it true there are pre-assigned seating charts? So it doesn't help to show me early and try to get an ideal seat?

Yes. Your name has an assigned booklet and your supposed to sit at the desk with the same number. At least that's how it was in my test center. I didn't realize this the first time I wrote and sat somewhere else. The proctors almost had a heart attack about it because they didn't know what to do as I already wrote my name on the booklet. It was so blown out of proportion and that seriously could've thrown me off. I went up to one of the proctors on break to say sorry for the commotion and she said "oh no worries apparently it happens a lot". Like OK way to be over-dramatic (I'm still annoyed about it lol). Point is, sit in the right spot and don't let anyone throw you off.

15 min break strategies

I find myself doing worse on the sections after the 15 minute break. I feel like I get "out of my zone" after going hard on the first 3 sections. Anyone have any strategies to combat this?

Did anyone find this PT harder than others (compared to other new PTs)? My score was way lower than what I am averaging and we are so close to test day.

Thanks everyone for your comments!! I have decided to postpone until September because it seems much less stressful and I know I will have a better chance at getting 160+ if I just put the time in. @roniafranci250 you're right, I haven't studied since February, so I know it would mean hardcore dedication to studying from now until June and I just don't know if that's realistic for me.

@sunniedazie953 I'm writing in Ontario as well as my concern for September was that I would apply to schools without knowing my score, but I realized that if I study hard enough and ensure I am confident by September, I'd be fine. And if worse comes to worst you can always write again in December or even February for many schools in Ontario (not that I want to write a third time, but it is an option).

Opinions wanted!!!!

Hi everyone,

I just went to register for the June LSAT and to my surprise, all the test centers near me are now full. The closest one is about 2 hours away. I just don't like the idea that I would have to road trip on the morning of the LSAT, or go to that city the day before and stay overnight (more $$ I'll have to spend). Also being in a place that is so unfamiliar to me sounds way too intimidating. So now I'm debating if I should just suck it up and sign up for that center or wait for September.

I took my first LSAT in February and got a 153. I was PT'ing at 156 average. February test sucks because they don't release the test but I'm pretty sure the reading comp was my biggest weakness and I probably messed up a game. Anyways, my goal is 160-163, which would be good enough to get me where I want to go. So for one thing, am I being unrealistic aiming for a 10 point jump in 3 months while working full-time?

I know everyone on this site is all for "take as much time as possible" but my concern for September is that I'll burn out or lose focus. At this point I'm not sure where I would begin if I wrote in September, like would I start studying the foundation of LSAT again or keep doing practice test/sections.

I'm just confused, and very indecisive, so I'd like to hear anyone's opinion or experience if you've dealt with something like this before.

Thanks!!
