Proctor U keeps giving me 405 error I don't know what to do :(

Hi everyone, I just finished my core curriculum, and I have some strategies I want to impelement in the drilling and preptest stages and I want to talk to someone, one on one in private chat or skype or whatever medium is easier, it really helps to hear someone else's impression of my studying strategy and to get some quick pointers, I do have some friends who have done lsats who I can speak with but usually they give me very general tips and then get back to work to hit their billing target for the month lol, jk but really wondering if this practice is even a thing.

Thank you!

How is science not an exact discipline? In comparison to math it is pretty similar...

Thank you everyone! This definitly helps with my guilt a lot!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to know if you experienced this, I have been studying steadily for couple of months and i'm making progress ( I also studied in the past and have sort of background knowldge, current intense study schedule not new basically) I'm doing ok but definitly need more practice, I see improvement which is exciting but sometimes I see that if I study haphazardly it shows in my resutls, which I can control so I work on my concentration and then it gets better. A

Anyway I recently got invited to go on a 4 day trip, which falls on a weekend I usually take a day off in a week so I thought I would save my days off and take the trip, but I'm super worried 4 day break will kill my porgress, at least hamper.

Any advice on this? Have any of you experienced relatively long ish breaks (4 day) and been able to bounce back? I'm taking the test in March in Europe so it's on March 30th.

All input appriciated.

PS: I'm studying full time, I'm on a leave from work.

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

We are so sorry that this happened.

The site was down for about 25 minutes, but everything should be working normally now.

However, please let us know if you are still having trouble!

Thank you!

Errors during a PT

Hi,

I finished a PT and the result showed as tho I'd left a bunch of questions blank, which I hadn't, then I sent a msg to tech support to 7 sage, and did the same PT again, the same thing happened but this time the error started with an earlier question, it even said on the results section where the error started and from that question onwards none of my answers were recorded, now the discussion page is glitching for me, I tried a different browser and same thing. Have you experienced this? I wonder if it's an error on my end of 7 sage's software, I hope it can be resolved soon so I can resume studying. I hope I will hear from 7 sage soon.

Thank you!

Before the start of the test can I ask the proctor a procedural question?

Hi everyone,

I have been studying for a while now, and I fluctuate a lot, I score high and then low, I just need someone to give me guidance on what I'm doing wrong or I might just lose my head.

I'm currently unemployed so I'm looking for more affordable options, also I don't know how much tutoring I need, but I do need someone to evaluate my approach and point out to my weaknesses that I can't seem to pick up on.

Thank you!

In my BR I translated the stimus in my own words and that's how I got the right answer, I agree its a lot ieasier if it's done intuitively but I have a question how do you decide if you should go for lawgical translation for a question or just paraphrase in your own words?

I wonder if law school application deadlines would be extended?

Since this is not an international flex, could i still apply for it even though I am in Asia? For example, apply for it as a U.S. regions, and then take the flex from my home in Asia? Are there any restrictions to this? My rational is that since it's online, it would be okay..?

I was thinking the same thing, I'm in Europe right now, technically should be back to Canada by August, but I don't know exactly because a lot of the flights are still getting cancelled for me, if I had an answer I would just book it and wouldn't worry about being physically in Canada by test date.

Try guided meditation, there are a bunch of youtube videos, I am exactly the same way when I get test anxiety I'm blinded and almost forget to read English, I would suggest you to go elementalprep.com and see Ellen's supplement for test anxiety, that helped me shed some of the wrecking thoughts that come up while writing the test, she also has a focusing exercise (basically meditation but shorter and more test geared).

Good luck!

And also loved the passage, I guess the point with RC is to actually get excited about reading these passages as news articles that add new information to your life, every time I genuinely get interested with the point the passage is making I finish it on time without any mistakes

#help

Answer choice B - most people in the painting resemble real people from history: how I understand this was that because most or all people in the painting resemble real people from history including the potential painter than this new one does not have to be the newly discovered self-portrait guy, because other people from history also have self portraits and we don't consider them to be painters of this particular painting so the conclusion is weakened because just because we found one coincidence of the person in the painting and the self portrait does not mean there are not other coincidences, what am I getting wrong here?

I was confused about that as well, I am writing GMT+4 but that wasn't clarified in the email from LSAC. Also the time slots that I was choosing on the Proctor U were adjusted to the time zone I chose, I didn't have to convert to the Eastern Time as it was said in the email.

This seems like such a careless error...
