I got it right on the blind review but how do I do this under timed constraints ?

I understand but how do we do this under timed situations? because I can answer the questions just fine but I cannot do this so fast

i got 0/5 and then blind reviewed and got 4/5! help !! how do you guys do so well under time constraints???
