Just took my first digital lsat prep test and my score suffered greatly because i have trouble reading from the tablet and overall just underlining and highlighting was difficult from my ipad. Anyone else have a similar issue?

Im only aiming for a t14 on the lower end. I just worry that I wont seem interesting even with a high lsat score coupled with a los gpa.
I just finished watching a WSJ youtube video on harvards secret admissions criteria and how asian american personalities did not stand out enough for acceptance and it got my thinking about what kind lf students they want at their school. Especially from minority students and students that are less fortunate. As someone who checks both kf those boxes I find it difficult to make myself stand out, Ive never even left the US and my gpa is not where it needs to be. I was hoping flr the lsat to be my saving grace but now im thinking even a perfect score from a poor minority student wont cut it. Any thoughts?
I am having a hard time with necessary assumption questions. I understand the question type but when it comes to the answer choices I always end up picking the SA question. did anyone else have issues with this that could help me out. In the curriculum I only got 2 correct so im a bit concerned. also does anyone know how frequent these questions are on the lsat?
id be glad to do it, online, I do 15 hours a week at the moment.
yeah ive tried every job I could think of. my goal was to be a community organizer.
powerscore is a pain to get through but it does sort of help. with the logic games it helped me break down the games. in my opinion the logical reasoning PS book is overly complicated. 7sage is more user friendly.
I chose D because I misinterpreted the stimulus. I thought the last sentence was referring to the process of the seeds being stimulated by sunlight then returning to darkness. It was actually just established a criteria.
Wrong answer journals dont work for me with rc since each question/wrong answer is on my interpretation of a specific passage. I would try to read passages and then answer questions without returning to the passage to see what you failed to comprehend.
so I graduated in dec of 2017 and it has be tough for me because of the job market. I just feel as if i must be unhirable or something. My plan was to get a “real” job and then go to law school but that has not worked out. Ive been working at the same job involving children and a few volunteer opportunities but thats it. I really just want to create a strong application but i feel like i have nothing to offer what should i do? Ive applied to nearly 100 jobs im seriously dishearted there.
This was so easy im embarrassed i got it wrong

BUT I JUST BOUGHT INK TWO WEEKS AGO AND I RAN OUT PRINTING MY PREP TEST JUST NOW.
Didn't even think about it because there's no way I used that much in such little time. But there is a way, and it's called the LSAT. I estimate that I'll be dropping at least $200 on cartridges by the time I'm done with all of my PTs.
Well, off to Wal Mart.
i recommend your "free" public library. it is 10 cents a page.
E almost got me im getting better at this
Would it be wise to br just the logic reasoning section? Its the only section I have finished completely in the curriculum. My only hang up is that by doing that im not getting a feel for the entire test.
When I graduated undergrad I ended with no extracurriculars. Worked 35 hours a week with 15-18 credit hours most of the time. I'm planning to take this lsat January and March. And apply ED to a school. Hopefully a t14. Which I guess would put me to attend law school fall of 2020. I was wondering if I should just attend grad school/ post bacc in that time. I'd basically be doing nothing anyway and I feel like I may want to get a dual law degree. Also I feel as thought doing well in another program would make my UGPA look like less of a negative on my application. I need guidance.
I think I'm going to go back to my fundamentals with 7sage. After reading powerscore 2 months ago. I only retained about 70 percent of that material
I have this focus problem and it is really throwing me for a loop. I will read a LR question and then the answers and then reread the question again. I am not to the point where i am timing myself but i did tome myself to see how long it was and it was 47 minutes..... is this normal in the beginning? Or am i far from PTing
#help okay my issue with this quesion is that a because a less desirable answer choice because it mentions sound qualities and not inaccuracy. A alludes to sound quality as opposed to inaccuracies
Dang it after seeing how A was so obviously wrong im embarrassed.
Can you ipgrade after you purchase for the difference?
Can some explain why E is wrong? For me E and D sound so similar with D being more specific? I ended up choosing A because D and E sounded like they may twin trick answer choices.
#HELP
After 4 long months of serious studying I took my first Practice test and... yikes. Not good. It was a 137 but when i blind reviewed I ended up with a 157. Is that big of a gap normal?
Thank you all for the words of encouragement. I completely forgot I made this discussion. Im working on ways I can spin a narrative from what ive been doing thus far and hopefully I can come up with something compelling
Ive been studying for about 3 months and Now that I have a grasp on the test I want to purchased 7sage to hone my skills. My problem is that I dont know where to start. Im considering the 7sage starter or the premium and I would gradually work my way up to the ultimate+. I worry thst since im not a true beginner to the lsat that The starter pack will feel like busy work and i wont see any improvement in my understanding of the lsat. Any opinions are greatly appreciated.
I struggled with this question because i wasnt making the connection between short term consequences and long term consequences. Of course if there a consequences that would bleed into “long term” that would be dire.
I was promised I would not have to use math when I studied for the lsat. This question was sneaky yet genius. Looked at it for 10 minutes before I understood why I was wrong.
Im planning on taking the june lsat and the September Test for good measure. The transition to digital has made me nervous on top of the fact that my score will determine the next few years of my life (no biggie right 🥴) so im thinking about also taking the November lsat. Will that look bad? I already have a low gpa will i look desperate with 3 lsat scores under my belt? Or what if i get only do well on 1 test? How does it make me look as an applicant?
So do they not let you use scrap paper for the LG section? How am I supposed to diagram? Id prefer the computer test soley because of the time and highlighter function
The webinar was very informative. Im very early in my admissions process but I have a little insight as to what I can do in situations where I have been waitlisted. Something I was not aware of before the webinar were letters of continuing interest. I was also surpised to know that schools track your engagement with them and use can use it to make a final decision.
