In my defense, I had no idea appealing to emotion was an lsat FLAW. I was hesitant to choose that one because I was like, nah, that's too easy lol. How many flaws are there? I was looking for the most common flaws.
Okay I have one.
Although the lsat is 3hrs it has been shown that students who study for the lsat daily for 4hrs or less do better than students who study for 4hrs or more.
again, idk if this is true, but let's resolve the discrepancy.
Facilities and Fatalities, oh man, thats why.
Man people would love to have that score, unless you're shooting for perfection do it. That's an amazing score, Congrats by the way!
I chose D because I thought Hyenas were irrelevant to the argument lol. I did not use JY's Logic.
I hate answer choice A because I was thinking well this is already stated so its a strengthen answer choice. Never did I think It did nothing to the argument.
D is a stupid answer choice. I fucking hate it!!!!
How does one solve these under timed conditions?
That's the real mystery.
This one is a better explanation!

I think it's stupid the LSAT does this type of wording, It limits the application. Like what?
The RC was brutal for me.

I get why this is the answer but, what type of flaw would this be called? It says we shouldn't do or acquire something because of its negative effects, and it overlooks that it may have some positive effects?

So You can only get this question right, if you're either and economics major or mathematics major. See what I did there?
EM-->R
MM-->R
An argument by analogy by a precedent? Genius.
Take it from guy who took the LSAT 3x and currently studying to get that 170, you can do this! Don't give up!
Read carefully "supporters" and "Originators" Damn.
