I also have a question. Roehmer has always taken a partisan stance etc., she alienates people with opposing views, but that is not a problem for her. And UNFORTUNATELY, her opinion has a polarizing effect. What is "unfortunately" for?? Doesn't what she said "is likely not a problem for her"??

I kind of have a weird thought. What if "people with opposing viewpoints" and "her loyal readers" are not mutually exclusive? If so, Roehmer cannot alienate and please that person/those people at the same time. I don't know, but I think there must be a concise way to solve the problem.

Here is what I think about (D). The negation of (D) would be: If they guessed bottom, they're always right.

Guessed bottom ---> Actual bottom

the reverse negation of the condition would be:

Actual up (opposite of actual bottom) ---> guessed up (opposite of guessed bottom)

If the statement above is true, the objects get at least half correct since there are at least half up. But the objects got less than half correct, so (D) is correct.

I did it wrong for Q24, but later I noticed "specific" receptors (line 55) could correspond to "particular" brain functions.

I don’t think that should bother you at all. I attended a couple of T14 law school info sessions, and I remembered two of them mentioned “the longer you’re out of school, the less important the GPA is”. If you’ve been out of school for a long time, they will look to what you have you done/achieved after graduation. Good news is that for some schools actually like people with working experience and prefer people with mature mindset relative to fresh graduates (this can somewhat be told from the median age of all students in each school’s JD profile).

You can also just email the law school admission offices - briefly stated your experience and your question (two degrees and low GPA for one of them), and ask them what they think (yes, you can literally ask them anything). This would not make you look stupid, but show you care and are interested. I have two undergraduate degrees, one in the states and one overseas. Having similar question as yours, I emailed the admin and went to talk to an admin officer directly. She gave me detailed and honest answers. Just contact them, I believe most of them would be very nice and are willing to help. (If you’re not applying this cycle, you could ask them later. It is currently busy application season and they might give you less than comprehensive answers instead.)

I have a grammar issue here. Why is it “that is represent”, but not “represents”?? This took me long to think how to interpret what Richard says.

Here are my thoughts. For (C), even if the author is assuming, she is assuming “sea creatures have rarely wrecked ecological havoc unless they can survive”. Whereas (C) is “sea creatures have rarely wrecked ecological havoc unless they can survive after being deposited”, which is more than necessary. This is an assumption question, so (C) is not right.

If I were you I would submit the application as of now and indicate the later LSAT. Things get more fierce in Feb. - with many seats filled up and some wait listed applicants in line. Unless you're confident about your Jan. LSAT score, which will presumably make you a very strong candidate, apply early.

I would first make sure this LOR would make a difference. Since it is a sensitive position to be wait listed (I am being wait listed too), you have to be careful about how you deal with the admin. If the LOR does not have a big impact and it takes the admin office extra time (especially you have already submitted two extra), this may affect your application negatively. If you're very confident about this LOR, you could send the admin an email explaining why this LOR is so important (e.g. you're interested in environmental law and you took a relevant class 2019 fall - you performed well in the class and the professor knew about your interest and plan) and if they mind reading one more LOR, before sending this LOR. Hope this helps!

One limitation is that many courts only hire citizens as judicial clerks. But you're free to work for law firms/teaching faculties/etc.

I think your situation worth mentioning.

If I were you, I would give the addendum different titles.

I think you have to mention your high school. I graduated from an international high school and I'm 100% sure no law school has ever heard of that high school. Despite, I cannot submit my application without adding my high school.

I don't think it's a big deal not mentioning the ranking, as long as your university's grading scale is similar to most universities. (e.g. If GPA 2.92 ranks top 5% of your department, you should definitely point that out)

I would write "Please see attached C&F ...". Since the admission tries to read everything, there is no need to write a summary/abbreviated version of the C&F in the text box. One sentence would not take the admission much time and shows your consideration.

Hope that helps!

Is the LR section with a question on manufacturing a product if and only if a CEO approves real? That section also had a question on how female characters in fiction work only if there's a mismatch between that character's personality and the world (e.g. sensible character and topsy-turvy world). I felt like that section was the hardest of the 3 LR sections I got lol.

Doesn't sound familiar at all. lolol

I don't remember that either.
