I’m currently preparing for the LSAT and I'm looking for a study group in the Toronto area to help keep each other motivated and discuss complex topics. I’m aiming for the September 2024 test date. Ideally, I'd like to connect with someone who is also serious about studying and can meet regularly online or in person to review sections and share insights. If you're interested, please let me know so we can coordinate our schedules and start studying together!! Thank you 🙏

Salaam I was just wondering if there are any Muslims who are planning to take the LSAT this fall and would love to be in a study group together that meets regularly. Message me or comment on this post so I can see how many people are interested and then I can create a groupchat or we can be study buddies.

Edit:

Thank you all for responding! Here is the link to slack I created

PS: I am a sister so if you don't feel comfortable with that, that's okay! I'm just trying to create a muslim community for anyone who is planning on taking the lsat this fall.

Latest Update:

Due to popular demand we decided to move over to discord. Here’s the link for that:

Thanks again for showing interest and inshallah we will get the scores that we want!

I'm looking for members who'd like to join a small-sized online / offline study group.

Hope LSAT takers with ample experiences of studying LSAT and getting at least over 160 would join the group.

I plan to take timed PT at least once or twice a week together (preferably on Saturdays) to practice PTs under a test-day focus and environment.

Details on how the study group will operate can be subject to change, following group discussions.

If anyone is interested, please send me a message.

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting a study group in Beaumont or Houston, Texas areas. I am planning to take the LSAT in September or October. I can study in the Beaumont/SE Texas area on weekdays and Houston (preferably UH) on the weekends. Let me know if you are interested so we can create a group with the goal of keeping each other accountable as well as study.

One of the things I like to is read random things to practice the foundational lessons since the LSAT questions are a finite resource. I try to do this to train my brain to read as if I was reading a stim from the LR section or a passage from RC. I also try to do the translate that was recommend to put things into ones owns words to better understand what one read,

Would anyone be interested in creating a reading club to practice together? We could share articles or reading material. See what we missed, what works for others or what we can improve upon. Although I would like to mostly focus on non-LSAT reading material, I would not be opposed to every now and then doing some LR or RC to see how we are progressing.

A while ago I created a discord server but it has not been active in a long time. Although, I gave admin access to someone else who is keen to have a general study group. While they do have admin access, I am not sure if they want to be part of this but I will ask them.
