Study Group for Aug 2022 LSAT

Hey everyone! We’re looking for some new additions to our fun & fruitful online LSAT study group! (Since Jan 2022).

Currently we meet twice a week on Monday & Wednesday in the morning (around 11:00-11:30 AM PST, 2 hours / session). We’re pretty flexible with our time – so don’t be shy :)

How We Study!

  • Logical Reasoning – Complete 2 LR Sections in advance (individually) and Blind Review Together. We compare flagged questions & talk about questions where we have different answers
  • Reading Comprehension – Complete 1 RC Section in advance (individually) and Blind Review Together. Review the passage together & go over each question
  • We use Zoom with the camera turned on (Zoom link is provided)
  • Please Join Us If You…

  • Are getting an average score of 160+ in your PrepTests
  • Are committed, dedicated and respectful of others – Complete the sections in advance & be on time for the study session
  • Want to study for the LSAT with fun-loving members!
  • Those who are interested in joining, please send me a message on 7Sage. Thank you!

Hope to hear from you soon!

    Hey guys!

I would like to gather 4-5 people who will be responsible to join for regular zoom study sessions.

I am currently scoring mid-160, and is aiming for 175+ for the upcoming Oct exam. (Never set your goals too low haha)

Anyway, I am thinking about holding 3 meetings per week (Any three days during the week, but staring at 10 am ET). I am expecting about 1hr30ms-2hrs per study session. I am currently in South Korea, so people in similar time zones would be preferred (10am ET equals 11pm KST)

So please comment or message me if you are available during that time.

    Thanks :>

    Hello there,

I was wondering if there are any existing study groups in the Houston area for the August/September 2022 LSAT. I am about to finish the core curriculum by April. Because I am still a full-time employee, I am looking forward to joining study groups in person or online or meeting study buddies available on the weekend. My current goal is to hit 165 or above in the LSAT exams of this fall.

Are you a 7Sage user looking for people to study with? Wish there was an easy way to get paired up?

You're in luck! Join us for our first-ever "Study Group Breakout" on July 11th from 9:00-10:30pm ET.

    Here's how it works:

  • Register for the Breakout no later than Friday, July 8th.
  • Take PT45 Section 1 and blind review it, but DON'T look at the answers!
  • Log in to the Breakout Session at the appointed time. We will automatically place you in a group of 3-5 students with similar scores so you can review the section together.
  • At the end of the session, you can exchange emails and keep meeting if you enjoyed the group.
  • Hope to see you there! Register for the event using this link:

    Hi,

I am looking for a study buddy who is aiming for a 170+. My first prep score is 168. I would like to meet over Zoom once a week, on weekends, to "discuss" difficult problems. The true aim for this study would be not going over all of the PT Qs in a swift, but really ponder the difficult/hard questions, and discuss about them in depth. I truly believe that it is not about the quantity but the quality of the reviews on the questions - "in depth analysis" on 2~3 questions per session would be way better than merely "going over" 20 questions.

Anyone who agrees on my approach, please feel free to reach out to me, and we will discuss the details! Thanks!

    Study buddy

I’m looking for a study buddy to hold each other accountable! I’m planning to study 30+ hours a week mainly evenings (7-10ish) for Sundays to Wednesdays and all day Thursdays to Saturdays. My first diagnostic was a 161 and aiming for a 172-175 eventually.

Im looking for someone who can just work in silent with over discord calls, but also maybe chat and be friendly with when we want to take a break. (The presence helps a lot).

Add me on discord if interested! xtt#8183

    Free LR tutoring

I would like to offer help to people who are struggling or just getting started with LR over zoom or discord. My last 6 PTs averaged at 170, and I usually score around 0/-2 for LR. I am planning on taking the Sep or Oct lsat and I'm still trying to increase my score- so I am hoping that by helping others, I can also improve.

I have very open availability, so let me know if you are interested!

Hello everyone, I'm putting together a study group for the June/August 2022 exams!

I've personally scored a 172 on the official February exam, and now I'm shooting for 175+! People from all levels and scores are welcome though.

I am thinking of going through a PT a weeek, and reviewing it together. We could of course do more than that, for example, individual sections and more.

I want to have a server with a sense of community, where it isn't just about doing that one PT a week. We will also have channels for help in different sections of the LSAT, and for just chatting. I personally enjoy explaining things to others, which helps me solidify my own understanding.

As mentioned in the title, a good friend of mine, who is a tutor with an official 178 will be on the server. He'll be available for advice and to answer LSAT questions.

Drop a comment if you're interested, and I'll send you the invite link!!

Edit: Wow this got a lot more attention than I expected! Thanks a lot to everyone who joined or showed interest! We're now at 75 people, and the server is full. More than 75 would have been an unmanageable number, since we want to meet every week (though probably not everyone will participate). My apologies to anyone who wanted to join, but couldn't. We'll invite more people after the June test, since many will leave after that. Thanks again everyone, and I wish you the very best in your LSAT journey!

Backstory is I'm applying for my second year, I have a 160 on the books but applied way too late so I'm taking another shot in August before I put in applications in the 22 cycle.

I consistently test out at 165, looking to work on my endurance for RC and LR but I haven't done any LG in a few months. If others are is in a similar setting then let's get a study group off the ground.

Nothing fancy tho, I just created a secondary account where I'll mostly post about my daily study progress. Will be using Flow app + PDF schedulers to keep track of my daily improvements. Plus some motivational quotes here and there to keep the spirits high. I'd love it if we interacted with each other from time to time. What do you think? I'll send you my IG handle if anyone's interested.

So i'm not the BEST at this test! In fact, i'm taking the June test in 3 weeks. But! i consistently PT in the mid 160s, and I figured that something like this would help me understand my thought process if I have someone to explain it to (maybe enough to reach my goal of 170!). Hit me up even if you just started studying as it always helpful to go over the basics. I get -0 in LG, -3 to -5 in LR and -4 to -7 in RC. In blind review I always hit 170.

Please DM me for those interested! I still have availability open.
