Is any one here getting an "upload speed" issue ? It says that my upload speed is bellow minimum requirement. The issue appears randomly for a few minutes. Any idea what's going on ? I know we can't write the test if we don't meet the speed requirement.

I wrote the August LSAT and scored a 149, so I have registered to take the November LSAT. I studied this summer with PowerScore books and Khan academy, but really enjoyed the 7Sage LR videos that are on YouTube- which made me decide to join 7Sage for access to the Logic Games videos in particular. I was PTing in the high 150s before I took the test, so getting a 149 was a bit of a shock.

My excuse/disclaimer is that I am currently on parental leave and home with a now 4-month old baby, so studying has been tricky. I'm excellent at managing my time during his naps and after both my kids are in bed, but I am well aware there is a lot of ground to cover in the 7sage curriculum and I won't have enough time.

My question is, in this situation- how would you suggest focussing my time? I struggle most with Logic Games, though I'm obviously not nailing LR or RC either.

I can commit at least 20 hours a week (approx. 3-4 hrs a day, 6 days), give or take.

Hello, I am currently doing untimed practice sections for LR and I am finishing sections in 75 minutes and getting around -4- to -7. Should I be reviewing the strategies more, drilling specific questions type or keep on practicing with individual sections until I get my time down? I have read the Loophole book and it definitely simplified LR for me.

Hello! I'm looking to form a small study group for the Nov. test. I'm currently PT-ing in the 165 range (BR 176-178) and aiming to get to 171-173. Currently, I'm averaging -3/4 for LR (aiming to get down to -1/2) and -4/5 for RC (aiming to get it down to -3/4. For LG, I'm struggling with time and not getting to the last game (working on it! :) )

I'd love to create a group with people with similar stats. It would be great to sync up on practice tests. I've done PT 60-72, so study buddies around low 70s PTs would be amazing! Trying the cadence of 3/week at least and regularly meeting to review PTs at that similar cadence.

7Sage and other sources have UPenn down as doing ED interviews; however, all the questions are for 2018-19 (I read somewhere that 18-19 was the first year for these interviews). Anyone know if UPenn has done such interviews in more recent cycles?

If I take a timed section of the LSAT and I don't get to all the questions, how do I perform the Blind Review method on the remaining questions? Do I time myself for the remaining questions? Or do I just approach each of the remaining questions one by one without regards to time (and not review it twice as we would normally do in Blind Review)?

AC A is the correct one. The fact that population increased does not mean anything to the argument. I can't even identify the trap here and my theories are that first, it is trying to trick the taker by hinting at that the death rate rose was just due to the population increase instead of the inhaler. But death rate has already taken into account of total population, so if death rate rose, the total urban population doesn't matter: it simply means that the percentage of ppl within a given population dying to asthma has increased. My second theory is that the test writers want to make test takers mistaken "population" as "pollution," but idk.

AC B is a direct reference to the part where the question stem mentions that the ability to count asthma patients has not improved. AC B bolsters that part of the argument, making it more likely that there is something else other than the increased accuracy of data collection.

In Q14, JY says (C) is incorrect because we don't know whether bats are included in the "most." Whether or not they are included establishes the relevance of this "most" claim -- you have to be included in the "most" otherwise we don't care. With this in mind, I initially eliminated answer (B) while doing Q16. But JY says (B) is the correct answer for Q16 because since some languages lack words for parts of their environment, it isn't surprising that Proto-Indo-European have no word for "sea." They could have still lived by the sea, making the premise less relevant. I'm confused for two reasons. First, we don't know if the Proto-Indo-European speakers are included in the "some," if they aren't included in this group then this claim becomes irrelevant. Second, the reason (B) is correct on Q16 seems in-line with the thought process I used when incorrectly picking (C) for Q14: if most animals normally rarely bite, then it isn't surprising that bats rarely bite. Rabid bats could still bite, making this premise less relevant. I can see why (B) is the best answer for Q16, but now I'm confused about why (C) is wrong for Q14. What am I missing?

How are you guys approaching RC when doing low res? Since LSAT is digital, you can't write in the margins of the passage. Should we just commit to memory the low res of each paragraph? Or are we supposed to write them down on scratch paper?

Does anyone know where you can practice translating for English to logic for inference questions. For example a bunch of question stems for practice and we translate them to logic.

Hi. I need help with something. I know how embedded conditionals work. For example

A---> (B---->C) then it becomes A and B ----->C

But what happens if its (A--->B) unless C

Negating sufficient, does it become (B/----->A/)----->C. Or conversely, C/------>(A----->B)

And then does it become C/ and A---->B. Its a question from PT 74 S2 Q24. Its really tripping me up

My last PTs are around 170. Booked for June test, my first (and hopefully only).

My top choice for law school is Boston College as it is the only school in Massachusetts that offers a dual JD/MSW program. My undergraduate GPA is above their 75th percentile but I am currently PTing under their 25th percentile LSAT. I was wondering about if I should write an LSAT addendum. Should I write one only if I score below their 25th percentile or below their median? And what would be considered good reasons for why my LSAT doesn't reflect how I will preform in law school? Like I said my undergrad GPA was a 3.83 in a philosophy major that required a lot of difficult reading and writing. I've been studying since the beginning of the summer but timing is a big issue (which I am getting accommodations for due to disability). I didn't take a lot of tests in college which I think is also why it's hard for me. Plus the whole studying during a pandemic when I am out of work and anxiety is high. Any thoughts??

Recently on a reddit post I found people saying it was okay to use command F on the flex test for RC and refer back to a specific part on a passage. This sounded kind of "sus" to me but I wanted to make sure and ask people here that might know. But if it is allowed that would be a major hack for myself and I'm sure many others, as I often have an idea of what a question is referring too and all i need is a way to quickly go back to that exact part in the passage and confirm my thoughts.

I have a meeting with a counselor at my community college on Thursday to discuss my options. It's ridiculous because I literally left that school over ten years ago, but that's just the way it is, I suppose.

Took the june flex and got a 169 - I'm trying to get into legal academia (PhD in history) so i can only apply top tier essentially, which I'm seeing a 169 does not cut it for. For those who took the test a second time and improved 3-4 points, do you have any tips to make studying more effective? I was PT'ing between 172-178 before the test - the last month before scores declined due to nerves/burnout. Not sure how to avoid this with re-test, and REALLY don't want to devote my life to this cursed test again for nothing. Any help very much appreciated
