Is there such a concept?. I have been at RC for a couple months and it still feels far more volatile than i am comfortable with.

Yes, I would say so.
It's not the same as LG where you will be able to get to -0 almost every time.
But I think repeated deliberate practice of passages in large volume is very helpful. The key is to spend the time really breaking down the passage. Literally write out your analysis. Do it over and over.
