LORs

I have three LORs (all from professors) and I'm confident in two of them. The third I'm sure is good but I imagine it's not as good as the other two. Should I still assign all three, or just the two?

I might just attach the 2, and only the third if it is required. I'm no expert, but probably better to have fewer LORs than one that's not quite as personal or rosy.

I'm going to agree with Leah, two letters is sufficient and from what I understand 3 letters can actually hurt you if its not required. The third letter should really only be used if its a professional letter, or some really unique letter that would highlight something unique. I would refrain from using all three, just use the two you know are good.

Send the 2 you know are strong. Only use the 3rd if you absolutely are required too. Having 3 letters if one is weaker isn't likely to help you and is more likely to weaken your app.
