Addendum Necessary

I have a graduate transcript that only lists an accounting course from September 2015 to December 2015. This is the only graduate course I have taken. Should I include an addendum like the following? I received my B.S. in 2011.

"My graduate educational experience shows I attended xxx from September 2015 to December 2015. I took an accounting course while working full-time to build this skill."

    I think it would be worth adding. Your readers will want to know the background of that element of your transcript.

    I don't think you need an addendum. You'll have to submit the transcript but grades from graduate courses don't count toward your GPA for law school anyway. Maybe @"David.Busis" would be kind enough to tell you if you should do an addendum? I would think it's not all that uncommon for someone to take 1 or 2 grad school courses just to supplement their education/career.
