it's not true that "few customers would want free gift wrapping" AND it's not true that "most customers would want it".

It's a very awkward sentence but there are only two scenarios that would satisfy this negation:

1) Zero customers want gift wrapping.
2) More than "few" but less than 51% want gift wrapping.
