So i just received my Jan score, and I scored lower than my first two attempts (just as I expected).

Will this have a negative impact on my chances of getting accepted?

It depends where you are applying, but generally speaking it will probably not hurt your chances very much at all. Law schools only need to report the highest LSAT for their rankings and the consensus seems to be that the highest score is really all the majority care about. Check the website of the schools you are looking to apply to. Some of them will directly say their policy.
