I am unable to find the highlight button. What I think is the highlight button (looks more like an eraser) doesn't work.

Hi there,
You can find the highlight button at the tool bar located at the top of the digital tester. The highlight button has a pen icon and is currently available in 3 colors. Please see GIF below:
