Is there anyway I can change this setting? On some video explanations the video is enlarged to the point that I cannot read what's on the screen.

Yes.
@alan-91620 If I understood the issue right, the video may be too tall for the browser window, particularly when the browser is much wider than it is tall. I just rolled out a fix for that - the videos should adapt to short browser windows now. You may need to do a couple force refreshes or clear your cache to get the updated version. Thanks for letting us know about this!
