Prepaid Plus Account not Linking

I purchased the prepaid plus account however it is not linking to my account and I am not able to access the questions and all on my account. Can someone please help and walk me through it?

    Hi there,

    Sorry about that.

    LSAC is aware of login issues on their site, and recommend that you please try the following:

    Click the Link (Activate) button which is located on the Syllabus page. See the screenshot below:

    LSAC also recommends that you try the following:

    1. Turn off “Prevent Cross-site traffic.” How to turn it off.
    2. Use another browser such as Chrome. Get Chrome for Mac or iOS. If you are having trouble with Chrome, some students report success using IE instead
    3. If on Mac, update your OS to at least MacOS 10.15.4. How to check.
