Proctor U Equipment Issues Solved (FIirefox)

Hello everyone,

This thread so everyone can post their problems and solutions to equipment testing here.

For Chrome:

I ran the test, my internet passed and my system checked out as well. However, my mic and webcam were not checked green. Even though I can see my web cam was working.

What was the issue?

Apparently it couldn't measure the width or height of the camera, for the mic, it didn't even show what the issue was.

Did everything as described and still was not working.

For FireFox:

I installed firefox ran the test everything checked out. But, there was 1 issue.

The system check sign did not turn green.

Apparently, friefox has a setting where it disables websites from identifying your system info. Firefox calls this "fingeprinting".

Anyways

So my final result is that my, mic, webcam, internet and system, all checkout. Albeit, in different browsers.

If anyone figures the issue with Chrome, please post it. It will help the community greatly. f

I have the issue that "Your camera width could not be found. Your camera height could not be found. Your camera height could not be found." Waiting to solve the problem.
