January Retake Worth It? Pls sos

I already took the LSAT twice in the past year, once in June (162) and once again in August (164). I was scheduled to take it again In November but decided to post-pone it until January. Admittedly, Master's applications and end-of-term finals got the best of me, so I only started up studying again in January. I am a Canadian school applicant, so my cGPA and B3 is 3.80.

I have already been accepted to a law school, however my dream school has a LSAT 25th percentile of 163, a median lsat of 166 and a 75th percentile of 167, and a GPA 25th percentile of 3.77, median of 3.86, and a 75th percentile of 3.91, which is why I have been considering retaking the LSAT so many times as I do recognize that I am in their lower percentile. However, I do not want to have a third attempt on file without a significant increase (as in 167+) since I have heard this does not look good for this score and would want to save a third and final-ish attempt in the case that I decide to defer going to law school for another year, which would give me more time to study for a third attempt.

I have been pt-ing on average around 164-166 with a consistent average BR of 172-176. Though my two last pt’s were 163 and 159 (May 2020 and PT88 killed me! What was that LR and what was that RC???). Considering the January LSAT is next week for me and today’s the last day to withdraw, do you think it is worth retaking? I don’t want to risk having a lower or similar score as my last attempt.
my BR is showing me that there is a very likely potential to score in the high 160s, low 170s range if I just recognize the support a little better in the allotted time. but obviously I am not sure whether I can reasonably expect myself to suddenly improve that in a couple of days. though I can try, I suppose. this would be my last attempt to improve my score for the 2021 cycle. so that’s why I think an attempt would not be worth it if it’s not at least 3 points higher.

any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks!!

I don't think there's a downside to taking January... On the same boat in terms of I already got accepted to couple US law schools this cycle but hoping to get into better ones/get off WL and get $$ offers. law schools typically only look at your highest score anyways right so I don't see why you wouldn't take it like even if you get lower than 162 it wouldn't matter cause you already have the 164. I understand that the mental energy going into it is substantial but it's literally just 100hrs and so just do it.
