PTA.S1.Q14 - The culture responsible for inscriptions at the site

I do not understand the difference between AC A and C. I chose the same wrong answer the second time around a few weeks later. They both sounds so similar in their paralleling method. Why is AC A (the one about the burglars who wore size 9 shoe) right over AC C (Ultra 180 design)?

    C doesn't limit the scope of possibilities.

    Stimulus: "of the three cultures known to inhabit the area..." How many cultures known? 3.

    A says "of the three suspects in custody..." How many suspects are in custody? 3.

    C says "of three well known designers." How many well known designers were there? We don't know. It would be a better match if it said "of the three designers..."
