For the Employment section, is it recommended to list hours worked per week even though it is not required?

As a former admissions officer, I would recommend that you read the application instructions and follow them strictly. If the online application question doesn't require or request hours/week, I wouldn't offer it up. However, if you feel that you want to include hours/week somewhere in your application, this is information you could include in your resume. Good luck!
