Does your gpa matter more than your lsat score?

From what I have seen and read, they should be about equally as important. The LSAT determines how well you will do in law school, if your GPA is low you'll want the LSAT to be higher or vice versa.

I disagree with this. While many of the skills transfer (I also disagree with the critique that the test has nothing to do with school), any school that takes the GRE has a ton of people who've never even seen an LSAT that do very well. Further, someone can score a 180 and easily end up on the bottom end of a curve, while someone with say a 150 can easily get an A+ at their respective schools. Your LSAT score determines to an extent the range of schools potentially accessible to you.

@"giuli.elyse" USNWR gives 0.1125 weight to LSAT median and 0.0875 to GPA median. In terms of how admits affect a school's medians, LSAT matters more.
