I get the questions correct under timed conditions, however, when I do blind review I change my answers from correct to incorrect.

It sounds like your intuition is currently stronger than your understanding of the concepts you’re being tested on. I’d recommend reviewing the parts of the CC that cover the kinds of questions you keep switching to wrong answers and making sure you really understand the questions before moving on.
This most likely means that you need to review the question even more.
Here are some reflective questions you could ask yourself to get the most benefit:
Why did I choose the right AC under time? Was it a guess, or did I actually know and I didn't trust myself during BR?
Why did I choose the wrong AC under blind review?
