Getting the same error message for Lesson 2 & 3 now. I'll reboot and check back later. Hopefully it's my computer causing the problem.

Anybody know how to solve this problem? I am not able to watch any video from 7Sage since May 4, and cannot find where I can change the flash settings in the Chrome settings.

My Kindle HDX "Silk" browser is unable to play the videos back as either Flash or HTML5, and the add-on browser "Dolphin" is giving me the same issue. I've tried every trick in the book as far as tinkering with settings is concerned. With a month left till June 9th this is getting to be scary.

On the top right of the menu, you'll see your name.

Mouse over your name and a drop down menu will appear.

Click "Settings" from the drop down menu.

Check the box that says "Use Flash Player (prevents html5 video errors)".

This works with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Note: using flash player will disable different video playback speeds.
