Has anyone had success getting a test limit exemption approved by LSAC, currently in this situation and looking to see if anyone has advice for me. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I've had a couple students that tried to do this unsuccessfully. Not that common an issue now (so not a lot of info) but I suspect it will become more common as the FLEX takes fade off into obscurity. My understanding is that the limits are hard... once you've expended the 3/5, you need to wait for your earliest test to drop off. And once you hit 7 you're done. Just based on the couple people I've worked with that tried to get an exception.
