Long Conditional Chain / Contrapositive

How does JY run the contrapositive on chains so quickly/accurately in his head? what is the best way to get good at it?
I keep need to telling myself Necessary Failed so rule triggers and so on... any advice would be great. Thanks

It just comes with time and practice, it seems super daunting at first but after a while it becomes more natural.
A good way to practice is with fool proofing in/out games and drills with MBT/MBF questions.
