Help from Canadians: how to request for late applications

Does anyone know what the protocol is for requesting late applications to be considered for review? i.e. University of Toronto & Osgoode Law Schools.

I'm awaiting the Dec. LSAT score release and hoping to go the a U.S. school but am applying to local institutions as a safety net and can't gather much from relevant information from their websites.

Does one just send an e-mail requesting a late application to be considered and wait for a response or is it best to send the e-mail with unofficial transcripts and resumé attached?

Thanks so much advance!!
