The 2x2 size floating around the internet is from the days you had to attach a picture to your ticket. Doesn't matter anymore - just make sure the resolution is high enough to fill the box when you upload and to print clearly and the picture fulfills the other requirements.

I took an iPhone selfie against a white wall, cropped to head and shoulders and it worked great.

It scales automatically. You just have to make sure it meets the other requirements and that it is recognizably you. Just try it out and upload a picture and see how it works for you.

@jmcmeat610 Anyone else have an idea???

It doesn't have to be any specific dimension, when you upload you crop it to make sure it meets all of the expectations.

It doesn't have to be any particular size as you can crop it there. http://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/day-of-test/photo-requirements

Your Facebook/LinkedIn profile pic works well.
