Do we have the option to submit a reference or referral list with our applications, aside from those writing letters of recommendations? I realize we 'can' submit additional attachments, but I wonder has anyone done this?

Yeah, never heard of this. Make sure to get good LOR and they will function as such.
I haven't come across any applications that ask for that. Just LORs.
good point. i worked at a courthouse a while back, and in recent conversation with a judge there, he told me he would be willing to be listed as "a referral" but that his practice is to write letters for those only having worked directly for him, which i did not.
I don't think this holds much value to be honest...besides I'm sure the last thing adcomms want to do is go out their way to call/contact soandso just because you have them listed as a reference haha.
