Quick LOR Question

I am getting a LOR from my college band director. On the LOR form, it asks for recommender contact information, including an address. Do I put the address of the band hall, for example, or do I have to obtain the house address of the recommender?

I put the address of the department building their office is located in, I'm sure this is permitted.

You're welcome! I kind of find it odd if I were to put their home address lol, maybe that's just me.

Department/University address should suffice. I doubt they expect you to obtain the individual's home address.
