Long answer: Essentially every school is rolling admissions. It is true that you want to get your applications in as early as possible (preferably before new years) because schools start to extend admissions to candidates around Christmas/New Years based on the order they were submitted. Even Yale does this. The difference, however, is Yale is able to be so selective with their class that you are at no significant disadvantage if you were to apply on their deadline. Why? Because they are going to pick the best of the best anyways.
