I just signed up for 7sage Ultimate and began watching the videos. however, the sound doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? My sound works for all other websites.

Hey sorry about that! I tried it out, and it's working on Mac Chrome on my side. Could you please check to see if the volume control in the bottom right of the video box is black and full length? If it's gray, then the sound is muted. Please try rebooting your computer if that doesn't help.

If you still can't hear the audio, please try changing to the flash player. To do this, click on your name in the far right of the top menu, check "Use Flash Player" and then click "Save Changes". The flash player is less attractive and can't change speed, but it's extremely stable.
