Wisconsin Diploma Privilege

According to the state of Wisconsin's bar, in order to practice law, graduates of Wisconsin law schools no longer have to pass the bar to practice in that state. Do you think this trend will continue to grow?

I don't know. But I don't think the practices of one state's bar is really a trend.

No. The trend is actually the opposite. More law schools used to have it, for example, California, New Hampshire, Mississippi, Virginia, and several others have abolished it.

As law schools keep accepting unqualified candidates in order to turn a profit, the bar exam will grow more important. That's what I think anyways.

Interesting stuff though! I forgot all about diploma privilege.
