Has anyone applied to law school while still completing their undergrad? I plan on applying to law school in Canada for the fall 2020 semester, however I won’t be completed my undergrad until April of 2020; a few months prior to the start year. Is it possible to get a conditional acceptance or should I wait until fully completed ?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, this is standard practice. Many people apply to law school during their senior year of college. You won't need any sort of conditional acceptance.
This is not my personal experience, but it is extremely common- it's the only way to go straight to law school from undergrad. They won't rescind your acceptance unless you do something crazy (bad run in with the law, big drop in grades)
