  There are a few options. If your intuition leans slightly to one more than another, choose that one, flag it, return to it if time permits. In situations where it is really close between two I do not choose at all and come back to it later. When this situation arises there is something critical you are missing which separates the right answer from the attractive wrong answer. IMO it's better to come back to it with a fresh pair of eyes to see if you can catch it on round 2.
